Privacy Notice

This version took effect on 2026-10-26.

This policy explains how Des Moines Tree Service Pros ("we") handles information collected through desmoinestreeservicepros.com.

The information involved

We receive three kinds of information. First, anything you enter in our forms (name, phone, email, ZIP code, the service and your message). Second, call records when you phone us (your number, when you called, how long the call lasted and, where enabled, a recording and transcript). Third, basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the page that referred you.

What we do with it

Your information is used to get back to you, book an estimate and deliver the service you asked about. Technical and call data also help us block spam and fraud and learn which pages are useful to visitors.

Sharing your information

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run this site, answer calls and complete your request (for example, form, phone and scheduling providers, and the technicians who perform the work). We do not sell your personal information.

Access, correction and deletion

To find out what we have on file, fix something, or have it deleted, call (515) 762-6977 or reach us through our online contact form.

Storage and security

Records are kept only for as long as the purposes above require, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No system or transmission over the internet is fully secure.

Texts and calls

We contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as you asked us to. Carrier rates for messages and data may apply. To stop text messages, reply STOP.

Changes to this notice

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.

Children

We do not aim this site at children under 13 and do not knowingly gather information from them.
